Your charge will be processed right away. At first, it might appear as an authorization on your account, but once it is approved, it will be displayed as a charge on your statement.
Certainly, we offer the option to either request a brand new design or make modifications to the designs available in our shop. Additionally, you have the freedom to request changes to the font, quote, image, or any other aspect you desire. Alternatively, you can send us a design you already have. We will fulfill your request by printing and shipping accordingly.
In case you give us an incorrect address and the shipment has not yet been dispatched, kindly send us an email and we will update it to the accurate address. However, if the item has already been sent out, we cannot resend it to your new address. Therefore, it is important to ensure that you enter the correct address while placing your orders.
In case you receive a defective product, simply send us a photo of it along with your order number. If the item(s) you received are defective or deteriorate after the first wash, we will send you a replacement free of charge. There is no need to return the item to us, just a picture of the defective item will suffice.
For better printed image quality, it is recommended to use images with higher resolution. A pixel density (PPI) of at least 150 is suggested when uploading photos for your photo gifts. Additionally, the photos should be in JPG, JPEG or PNG format.
