Once your payment is received and your order processed, you can anticipate your items to arrive within a timeframe of 10-28 business days. This timeline applies to both domestic US orders and international orders, barring any unexpected postal issues. More specific details can be found on our Shipping and Delivery page
A shipping notification, complete with tracking details the email address linked to your order. This allows you to effortlessly follow the journey of your items. Please remember to check your spam or junk folder as well, in case the notification lands there instead of your main inbox.
- Freshly generated tracking number. Please allow up to 7 business days for updates to appear after the dispatch of your order, as there may be a delay between the parcel scanning process and the updates appearing on the website.
- Package en route. The parcel might not be scanned until it arrives at the regional distribution center near its final destination.
- International transit. When your package is in transit between countries, tracking information may not be updated until it arrives in the destination country.
We appreciate your patience and understand that it can be worrisome when there are no real-time updates on the whereabouts of your order. It's not uncommon during high-volume periods for packages to be shipped without immediate tracking information, but rest assured that delivery will be within the timeline we've committed to. This could be attributed to several factors such as weather events, customs processing, or delays with the carrier.
